I had been moving that day which was very stressful from NV to Sonoma County so had already had a long drive then had to move all of my belongings to my new upstairs home so I was extremely tired When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by a very nice and kind woman ( I am so sorry that I have forgotten your name :( ) She made the process so simple and she wanted to make sure the unit was to my satisfaction so she drove me to the unit and it was perfect I like the fact that the facility is gated too ! If insurance is mandatory then include it in the price. Hidden fees like "admin fee" are shady. Still it's a good facility

I was able to get a 8X12 for $10 more than what I was paying for a 5X5 at another facility and it has drive up access. Super happy that the place has new management and better security than when I used to use them years ago.

The gate at this location has been left open for days and no one can be reached. Multiple people have had their units broken into. There are a bunch of units that have been ransacked and left open. I'm going to jump ship as soon as possible. There is NO security at this place.
