If you miss customer service, you won't run into any problems here that will go unaddressed. Lemone is the man,I haven't seen customer service like this in awhile.

I moved from another Extra Space Storage in my town because they did not want to do business with me anymore because I was late leaving 4 times. So I book another unit at another Extra Space Storage thinking they were all privately owned. So they let me book the unit, get all my stuff moved in, and then as I’m leaving the 3rd day after my last load the manager comes out and says I can’t rent from them that I have to move my stuff immediately. Also my latch on my unit would not close in order for me to put my lock on because the latch was all screwed up.

Considering I was stressed! The customer service was excellent. They made me feel welcome and explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. They even walked me to my unit. I would recommend them to anyone.
